The Service may allow you to send messages, media, and other content (“User Content”). You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, transmit, and store your content solely for operational purposes such as delivery, troubleshooting, and security.
You agree not to submit User Content that violates laws, infringes rights, or harms others. While we do not monitor communications, we may access User Content when necessary to comply with legal requirements or address technical issues.
Certain features are available only through paid subscriptions or in-app purchases. All payment processing, renewals, and refunds are handled exclusively by third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Their terms govern financial transactions.
We do not receive or store credit card numbers or payment credentials.
You are responsible for managing your subscription preferences directly within your app store account. Prices, subscription tiers, and available features may change, and notice will be provided when required.
The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, text, graphics, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service solely for personal, lawful purposes.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, legal requirements, or operational needs. Updates will be posted within the Service along with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
